Gaslamp Quarter / Downtown (92101)
Our home base on Fifth Avenue. The Gaslamp's building stock mixes restored Victorian-era commercial buildings with newer high-rise condos, most carrying flat or low-slope roofing — TPO and modified bitumen are the systems we install and repair here most often, with ponding water and aging membrane seams the most common problems we find.
East Village
Downtown's fastest-growing residential pocket, dominated by newer mid-rise and high-rise condo and mixed-use construction. Flat roofing and roof-deck amenity spaces are the norm — we work with HOAs and property managers on scheduling that doesn't disrupt residents.
Little Italy
A dense mix of historic low-rise buildings and newer condo towers just northwest of downtown, close enough to the bay that salt-air exposure on any exposed metal roofing components is a real factor we account for.
Barrio Logan
A historic community south of downtown along the waterfront, with older single-family and small multi-family homes alongside industrial and mixed-use buildings — we see everything from asphalt shingle repairs to commercial flat-roof work here.
Golden Hill
One of San Diego's oldest residential neighborhoods, known for Victorian and Craftsman homes along with early-1900s apartment buildings. Original clay tile and aging asphalt shingle roofs are both common, and many homes benefit from careful tile-matching rather than a full mismatched replacement.
Balboa Park Area
The neighborhoods bordering Balboa Park — including South Park and North Park — feature Spanish Revival and Craftsman architecture where clay and concrete tile roofing is especially common, reflecting the park's own Spanish Colonial Revival buildings.
San Diego County
Beyond our core Downtown service area, we take on residential and light-commercial projects throughout greater San Diego County. Call to confirm coverage for your specific address.
